Founder, Director & Teacher
Ruey is a certified practitioner of Brennan Healing Science. She maintains an active healing practice in Honolulu, O'ahu, where she created and runs the Sacred Path Healing School. She is a diploma graduate of the four-year certification program and subsequent faculty member of the Barbara Brennan School of Healing. She is a Sacred Heart™ Yoga certified teacher.
Ruey has a doctorate in public health (DrPH) and is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN). She also has master's degrees in nursing (MS) and public health (MPH). In 2000, Ruey retired as Professor Emeritus from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa.

Assistant Director & Teacher
Kauakea is a 2004 SPHS graduate whose healing expertise focuses upon emotional clearing, astrology, and nutritional and sound healing. She brings Resonance Repatterning, practical astrology, sound healing, vegan and alkaline cooking, and "new games" as areas of strength to her healership. She teaches fun, interactive lifestyle classes in in the First-Year class, and also engaging and interactive astrology classes in the Second-Year class. She also assists with healing skills demonstration and practice.
She is the mother of two and a tutu (grandmother) of one. She has been a professional photographer with photos published worldwide for more than 30 years. Most of the photos on the Sacred Path Healing School website have been taken by Kauakea as she has been a part of the school from the start in 2001. A 2019 SPHS graduate, Jesse assists with group processing and more in school. A chiropractic doctor since 2003, he has a chiropractic and energy healing practice in Kaimuki, O'ahu. More information to come.

A 2019 SPHS graduate, Wendy assists with group processing, healing skills demonstration and practice and more in school. She holds a master's degree in Exercise Physiology & Wellness and has a healing, life coaching and nutrition and fitness counseling practice in Kailua, O'ahu. More information and photo to come.

Teacher
A 2009 SPHS graduate, Romey teaches yoga in all three years of school, anatomy and physiology on the second and third years and sound healing in the third year. She also assists with group processing and healing skills demonstration and practice. She holds a master's degree in nursing and bachelor's degrees in natural health sciences and religious studies, and has been a certified kundalini yoga instructor for more than 15 years. Romey maintains an integrative primary care practice in Kailua, O'ahu, where she lives with her husband and their sons. She is a lifelong seeker with a passion for the human experience.
Teacher
Emi is a 2019 SPH graduate and assists with group processing. She also coordinates monthly SPHS graduate clinic and processing. Emi currently has a healing practice and art studio based in `Aiea, O`ahu, where she enjoys expressing her creativity through the integration of emotional and spiritual cognizance.
Emi has a BFA in Photography from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY. Upon returning home to Hawai`i, Emi served as the Community and International Affairs Specialist for the Mayor’s Office of Economic Development to then progress to the Office of the Senate President. She returned to her true calling of art and energy healing in her third year of Sacred Path Healing School after the passing of her daughter, Kalaniānuenue. Emi continues her journey of practicing compassion in Earth school with her partner Makali’i and their dog, Kalo.
Teacher
A 2007 SPHS graduate, Kathy assists with the processing and healing skills segments and more in school. A licensed massage therapist since 2004, she now focuses on the energy/spiritual aspect of each individual's healing in her practice, which is based in Kaimuki, O'ahu. Her previous experience includes being an Emergency Services caseworker (Military & International Services, with occasional Disaster Services assignments) for the American Red Cross in Seattle, WA. Kathy has a bachelor's degree in communications, is a reiki master and is certified in Spiritual Response Therapy and other energy/healing modalities. Her loves include spending time with family and friends and chanting/sound healing.
